Liberal senior wrestler Zeth Mansell is the Hay Rice and Associates Athlete of the Week.  Mansell placed 4th at state last weekend in Wichita.  He finishes 21-8 in his senior season.  Mansell was a guest during the Sportsguys on Friday morning.
