Seymour Rogers Hosts Purple Out for Alzheimer’s Awareness

Seymour Rogers Middle School will have a home triangular Monday, September
11th vs Horace Good and Kenneth Henderson. We will be having a “Purple Out”
in honor of Alzheimer’s Awareness.

We will have donation jars at ticket gate and we will have a jar being
passed around for donations.

 

Seymour Rogers Volleyball 8th A Saturday

Saturday SRMS traveled to Hugoton to play Hugoton and Goodland.

Game 1 vs Hugoton
Set1: 21-15 SRMS
Set2: 21-8 SRMS

Terah Head had 6 serves in a row. Girls hustled and played hard.

Game 2 vs Goodland
Set1: 21-19 Goodland
Set2: 21-14 SRMS
Set3: 15-7 SRMS

Again, Terah Head had 11 serves in a row.

All girls played a huge role in the wins today. These girls have come
together and began playing as a team. The confidence level with these girls
is rising and most importantly the girls are showing they are having fun!

Next up, home games at SRMS on 9/11/17 vs GC Horace Good and GC Kenneth
Henderson. Record after today is 3-1.
