Watering Outside in Guymon Prohibited

In a Proclamation issued on July 20th, Guymon Mayor Kim Peterson stated that beginning on July 20th, customers of the Guymon Municipal water system, shall be prohibited from using water for all outside watering until further notice. This Proclamation declares a state of emergency in that the Guymon City Municipal water system has reduced capacity to meet the water needs of the residents of Guymon and the customers of the water system.
