On Thursday, March 15th, the water service will be temporarily shut off from approximately 9:00am-12:00pm for routine tie in work. The area affected is Pennsylvania Avenue from Spruce yo Hickory Street. The City of liberal will go door to door on all known services that will be affected. Back up date is Friday, March 16th. The City apologizes for any inconvenience that this may cause.
