Washington Elementary Students Recognized By Kiwanis

Liberal Early Riser Kiwanis present BUG Awards to Washington Elementary students

The BUG Program is a Kiwanis International Program sponsored locally by the Liberal Early Risers Kiwanis.

After earning their 1st 9-weeks grades, Washington Elementary 3rd graders worked hard and brought at least one of their grades up one full letter grade to qualify for recognition. They received a certificate, bumper sticker and ruler. The Kiwanis members will return to Washington School on Friday to reward these students further with a pizza lunch.

The Kiwanis members in attendance were President Bill Ermann , Secretary Dale Sprague, Robert Hutton and Kelly Kirk
