Victor Monarrez Signs at Barton

Liberal wrestler Victor Monarrez signs to wrestle at Barton Community College in Great Bend. Monarrez accumulated about 100 wins at LHS. He qualified to state three times. Monarrez also played football for the Redskins. His official signing ceremony is Friday.
