USD 480 Student Chromebook Check-In – Summer 2021

 

LHS, SRMS and EMS students with chromebooks are required to check them in before summer break. The check-in will be at the McKinley building located at 615 W 7th St, east side of the building Door #5.  Students will turn in their chromebooks and chargers, fees will be applied to their accounts at this time for any missing or damaged item.

Students/Parents can turn in their chromebooks beginning May 19th (last day of school), 20th and 21st from 8 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. at the McKinley building.  Chromebook check-in will continue the following week of May 24th – 28th from 8 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.

Late fees will be applied to all accounts with outstanding chromebooks on June 1st ($50) and again on July 6th ($50).  If a student does not turn in their chromebook by August 6th they will be charged for a missing chromebook/charger ($380.00).

Students enrolled in Summer School classes must have their name submitted to the Tech Dept via their school’s administration to be exempt from the initial check-in window.  Once on the Summer School list, the Tech Dept will contact the student with the date their chromebook will be due for check-in (usually a 3 day window after the end of summer class).
