The USD 480 board met Monday night and renewed their agreement with SCCC for concurrent enrollment.  This allows high school students to take college courses for college credit while in high school.

The board approved the invoice from Scantlin’s Furniture for carpet installation at Eisenhower and Prairie View for $12,819.  The board approved the service contract of $222,390 for Johnson Controls for the district’s heat and air conditioning to maintain and fix for the 2016-17 school year.  The board approved the purchase of two new Suburbans for the district fleet from Andrade for $85,119.  Work continues at the former West Middle School building to become a part of the LHS campus.  The board approved Myriad’s bid for asbestos removal at West for $14,500.
