USD 480 Meets, Approves AVID Contracts

The USD 480 BOard of Education met Monday evening and among the items before them, the board approved the AVID contract for the middle schools for the 2020-21 school year in the amount of $15,358.

The Board also approved the purchase of General Stock and Art Supplies in the total amount of $57,078.46, and approved the bid for copy from Contract Paper Group in the amount of $45,468.

The 480 Board approved instructional programs, professional learning and consultants for the 2020-2021 school year. These will be funded with federal funds and building funds. Also approved were courses for Liberal High School and Eisenhower Middle School 2020-21.

Art History: 50,000 BCE to Renaissance – EMS
Art History: Renaissance to Today – EMS

The Board also approved Powerschool Performance Matters Analytics. This includes, the license, subscription, training, and setup fees of $14,462.49 for May 1, 2020 through June 30, 2020 and the annual subscription, maintenance, and support fees of $16,230.47 for July 1, 2020 through June 30, 2021.
