UPDATE:Garden City Police Investigate Death Of A Child

Garden City Police are investigating the death of a four month old male.

On August 4, 2014 Garden City Police Officers were called to the 1400 block of Main Street. When they arrived, officers found the child
on a living room couch unresponsive and not breathing.

The child was transported to St. Catherine Hospital were the child passed away.

On Friday, the Garden City Police Department told KAKE News, they are continuing their investigation into the death of the four month old male child. Preliminary autopsy reports disclosed the probable
cause of death is to have been SIDS related.

Autopsy toxicology reports will take several additional weeks to return
