Ulysses Investigating ‘possible misconduct’ Involving High Schools Students

WICHITA, Kan. (KSNW) – USD 214 Superintendent Corey Burton says the district is investigating “possible misconduct involving a group of Ulysses High School students.”
Burton says he learned of the allegations on Friday, Aug. 30, and that the district responded immediately. He added that student information is confidential, and he cannot share information about the incident or the discipline students may face. He adds that any concerns about improper behavior should be reported to the school, principal or law enforcement without delay.

The Ulysses police chief said they are involved in the investigation with USD 214 and have collected evidence. The chief says no reports have been made of any sexually motivated crimes in the district.
