Liberal senior Tyren Holmes won a national powerlifting title last weekend.  He is a two time national champ.  His squat was 705 pounds while he benched 440 pounds and had a dead lift of 565 pounds.  He is going to McKendree in Lebanon, Illinois to compete in their powerlifting program.
