Tyren Holmes is Hay Rice and Associates Athlete of the Week

Liberal junior defensive tackle Tyren Holmes is this week’s Hay Rice and Associates Athlete of the Week.  Holmes is second in the WAC with eight tackles for loss.  He has 52 tackles and two sacks for the Angry Red defense.  Holmes will also participate in powerlifting and track.  Holmes and the 8-1 Redskins host the Maize Eagles in the 5A playoffs Friday night at 7pm on 1270 and 92.3 FM.
