Two Vehicle Accident in Kearney County Injures Two

A two vehicle accident occurred Monday morning at approximately 6:32 am on K25 at milepost 86 Northbound approximately 11.2 miles south of the K25/U50 junction in Kearney County. A 2025 Kenworth being driven by Jeffrey Dillan Thompson, 26, of Perryton TX and a 2022 Dodge Ram truck being driven by Kase Ryan Wilson, 30, of Wichita Falls TX were both left of center, when the Ram struck the trailer of the Semi. Both vehicles went off the roadway into opposite ditches.

Wilson was taken to the Kearney County Hospital with suspected serious injuries. A passengers in the Ram, Kenneth Neal Rhea, 53, of Cleveland TX, was also taken to the Kearney County Hospital with suspected minor injuries. Thompson was not injured.
