Two Local Leaders Selected to Leadership Kansas Class

The City of Liberal is excited to announce the City has not one, but TWO local leaders accepted into this year’s Leadership Kansas class.

Chief Communications Officer, Keeley Moree, and Seward County Development Corporation’s Director of Entrepreneurship, Raquel Arellano, were chosen from 500+ nominees statewide for this prestigious leadership program.

During the eight-month course, they will engage with experts and community leaders across the state on topics including business, education, agriculture, public policy, societal health, economic development, and government.

“Leadership Kansas is a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity,” said LK Executive Director Aaron Miller (LK ’16). “Participants connect with some of Kansas’ most distinguished business and government leaders, emerging as stronger, more informed leaders ready to contribute to their communities and our state.”
