Twelve Liberal women will race tomorrow for the International Pancake Day Race. Racing in the 60th International Race will be Mikayla Knudsen, 19, an SCCC/ATS student; Jeanette Contreras, 18, a student and cheerleader at LHS; Kari Wiltse, 29, Southlawn Elementary teacher; Lynn Gerstenkorn, 54, Saints Bookstore marketing; Jerri lynn Lyddon, 52, Saints Bookstore director; Ruthie Luallen, 52, Saints Bookstore assistant manager; Kim Thomas, 43, SCCC/ATS instructor; Mrcie Hammel, 35, stay-at-home mom and customer service employee at Dillons; Michelle McNabb, 20, SCCC/ATS student; Tara Bruce, 18, SCCC/ATS student and spirit squad member; Tasha Gallegos, 22, Wichita State University student; and Whitney Hampton, 22, a mapper for the Seward County Appraiser’s office.
