Three Point Barrage Lifts Woodward

Woodward beat Liberal 51-49 last night in Boomer Fieldhouse. The Redskins now have just a one game lead in their sub state over Andover Central who beat Andover last night. Woodward hit 11 three pointers in the win. Liberal led 16-6 early in the game but saw the Boomers (14-8) go on an 11-0 run into the lockeroom. Kevin Livingston scored 15 in the loss while Jade Cathey added 13. Liberal falls to 13-4 overall and hosts Great Bend Saturday night on Talkradio 1270 and kscb.net.
