Liberal played much better defense than they did in Wichita.  But it still wasn’t enough as third ranked class 6A Dodge City came to town and won 1-0 over the Liberal Redskins.  The Red Demons scored an early goal and then hung on.  Liberal is 2-3 and hosts Garden City Thursday at about 5:45 for the varsity game.  Liberal is 1-1 in the WAC.  image
