The Sandlot Comes to Liberal

David Mickey Evans, the writer, director, and narrator of the movie, The Sandlot, will be in Liberal, Saturday June 26th, 7:00pm at Light Park. He will make a special presentation, there will be a question and answer session and will sign autographs on free posters that will be handed out. There will be a “Squints” Look-a-Like contest and a Free outdoor showing of the movie on a 25ft screen provided by Faith Tabernacle Church.

The Liberal Bee Jays will also be signing autographs on team photos. Boy Scout Troop 73 will have free popcorn, and the Liberal Area Coalition for Families will have free bottled water while supplies last.This is a FREE event for the public, so bring your bug spray, and lawn chairs and enjoy the evening reliving childhood memories.
