Taxi Driver Robbed, Liberal Teens Invovled

A western Kansas taxi driver was robbed after driving two teenagers from Liberal to Wichita.
The robbery happened close to Midnight in the 1600 block of North Madison. The taxi driver said he was dropping the 18 and 17-year-old girls when a suspect wearing a white mask robbed him at gunpoint. The robber then hit the driver in the head.
The robber got away with $500 in cash, including $350 the girls had given him for cab fare.
Investigators believe the robber knew the passengers.
