SWMC Launches New Website with Direct Bill Payment Feature

Liberal, KS – Southwest Medical Center is excited to announce the launch of its new, user-friendly website, offering an enhanced online experience for our patients and community. One of the most anticipated features of the new site is the ability to pay your bill directly online, providing a more streamlined and convenient option for our patients.

Previously, patients could pay their bills through the patient portal, which required setting up an account. Now, with the new website, you can make payments directly without needing to use the patient portal. This feature is particularly beneficial for those who prefer not to use the patient portal or have children too young to have their own accounts.

“We are thrilled to offer this new option, which simplifies the payment process for our patients,” said Cathleen Bulot, Revenue Cycle Director. “Our goal is to make healthcare as accessible and convenient as possible, and this new feature is a significant step toward achieving that.”
