Stephanie Garcia is Mead Lumber Athlete of the Week

Liberal junior volleyball player Stephanie Garcia is the Mead Lumber Athlete of the Week. Garcia has been an outstanding defensive player and team player for 9-3 Liberal. The Redskins host Dodge City Thursday night at 6 in the Big House before hosting their tournament Saturday with Dodge City, Colby, Emporia, Hugoton, Southwestern Heights, Meade, Scott City, Ulysses, Wichita Southeast, and Pratt. Garcia’s sister Cristine is a player on the LHS team and her older sister Katie Garcia graduated from LHS last year and plays at Dodge City Community College. Stephanie also competes in track and field and powerlifting at LHS.
