Southwestern Heights Memo Flores Wins Billy’s 10 Best Scholarship

Southwestern Heights running back and middle linebacker Memo Flores is the Heights winner of the Billy’s 10 Best Scholarship. He leads the Mustangs with 45 tackles including four tackles for loss. Flores has rushed for 494 yards. Flores also participates in basketball and either baseball or track.
