Southwestern Heights senior Hever Mercado is the SWH winner of the Billy’s 10 Best Scholarship. Mercado is a quarterback and defensive back at Southwestern Heights. He was 2nd team all Hi Plains league in 2019. He partcipates in basketball, track, and band.
Winners of the Billy’s 10 Best Scholarship were announced Thursday
