Liberal, KS – Southwest Medical Center (SWMC) is expanding its commitment to accessible, high-quality healthcare with the opening of Beaver Family Care Center, located at 322 S. Douglas in Beaver, OK. The new clinic will provide comprehensive primary care services to patients of all ages, reinforcing SWMC’s mission to serve the evolving health needs of surrounding communities.

“We are excited for the opportunity to provide high-quality, compassionate care to more members of our surrounding communities with the addition of this new care center,” said Amber Williams, CEO of Southwest Medical Center. “For many years, our healthcare providers and staff have been committed to growing and meeting the health and wellness needs of our diverse and expanding population, and this care center is a direct response to that need.”

Leading the Beaver Family Care Center is Camber Cline, APRN-CNP, an experienced family nurse practitioner dedicated to providing patient-centered care. Cline has lived and worked in Beaver since 2008 and has a deep understanding of the community’s healthcare needs.

“I’m excited about moving into the new clinic where I will continue to provide primary care services,” said Cline. “I think the clinic will be a great addition to SWMC’s outpatient services and allow more access to care for our community. I’m grateful for the opportunity to serve in Beaver, where my husband grew up and where I’ve been fortunate to build my career and raise my family. Helping people through providing quality healthcare has always been my mission, and I look forward to building strong relationships with my patients and empowering them to achieve their best health.”

Cline earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Central Oklahoma and her Master of Science in Nursing – Family Nurse Practitioner (MSN-FNP) from the University of Cincinnati. She has worked in family practice for 12 years and was previously with the Beaver County Hospital Authority from 2008 to 2024.

With a strong focus on communication and patient education, Cline emphasizes the importance of collaboration in healthcare. “I am grateful to be part of the team at Beaver Family Care Center and look forward to expanding access to family care services in our community,” she added.

The Beaver Family Care Center is now accepting new patients and walk-ins, as well as most major insurances, including Blue Cross Blue Shield, HealthChoice, Medicare, and Oklahoma Medicaid.
