For the last several weeks, the Liberal Chamber of Commerce has been telling you about their newest member benefit – health insurance! The Chamber is partnering with six other Chambers in southwest Kansas – Dodge City, Garden City, Hugoton, Colby, Scott City and Ulysses to offer their members health insurance. To be eligible for this benefit, your business not only needs to be a Chamber member, but you and your employees will need to fill out a short health questionnaire.
The Chamber’s health plan questionnaire is now ready to be filled out! It will only be available from now through October 15, which means you only have a month to get your crew to fill it out if you want to take part in our plan. Remember… If you don’t fill it out, you cannot sign up for the plan this next year, so it is important to complete it, even if you are only considering taking us up on this benefit.
