Southwest Guidance Center Offers Stress Relief Video

Southwest Guidance Center is pleased to report that they have posted their first Stress Management video “Take That COVID: Stress Management 101” during the state’s stay-at-home order. This fifteen-minute presentation uses the acronym S.T.R.E.S.S. to talk about six ways people can manage stress at home.
