Skins Slump Continues

Number one Liberal has that number in front of their name based on last year. The Redskins were 17-2-1 and finished as runner up in 5A. But this year’s Redskins are slumping. They are 1-2 after a 3-1 loss to Dodge City Thursday afternoon in the loser’s bracket of the Wichita South Titan Classic. The Skins mustered one Eduardo Moreno goal with an assist from Isai Gutierrez. Liberal had just seven shots on goal. They lost Monday to top ranked class 4A Wichita Trinity 3-1 and also had just seven shots on goal.
