For the second time this season, Seward County lefthander Pete Macke has been named the KJCCC Pitcher of the Week as announced by the league on Tuesday.

Macke was solid for the Saints in his start on Friday against Barton, allowing just 2 hits and 1 run while striking out 9 in 6 innings of work. Macke worked the first 5 innings of the game without allowing a hit before his no-hit bid was finally broken up in the 6th inning on a Barton single.

On the season Macke has posted a 4.33 ERA in 18 2/3 innings of work, striking out 15 while walking 10.
