Seward Softball Begins National Tournament Play Today

The Seward County Lady Saints softball team will face Wallace State today at 3 p.m. central time to open up the National Tournament in St. George, Utah. Seward is 38-14 on the season and is the 15 seed. Wallace State is 58-8 and is the two seed. There are sixteen teams in the tournament. The loser will play again tonight at 7 p.m., while the winner will play tonight at 9 p.m. Courtney Auger will get the start for Seward. All Lady Saints softball games at the National Tournament will air on Talkradio 1270 beginning with today’s 3 p.m. game. The games can also be heard on kscb.net.
