Seward County Commissioners to Present Original Budget after Lengthy Work Session

The Seward County Commission met on Wednesday afternoon at noon, in a work session, to look at the 2025 proposed budget. After lengthy discussions the Commissioners opted to publish the Budget as originally presented. The Budget for 2025 shows Expenditures of $42,038,997 and an Amount of 2025 Ad Valorem Tax of $13,703,648.

Commissioners also tabled the 2025 rate increase for the Seward County Landfill until the next meeting.
