The Seward County Commission met Monday evening and reviewed and approved the County’s CRF funds and the final reconciliation of HHR funds.
The Commissioners accepted the low bid from White Star Machinery & Supply Co. in the amount of $52,208.24 to purchase a long arm excavator that will be used at the Restlawn Cemetery to dig graves and other projects and also purchased an 8 wheel, 15ft mower for the Road Department from Keating Tractor and Equipment of Liberal in the amount of $16,500.00 w/trade-in.
The 2020 Encumbrances were approved by the Commission and in the matter of access of county facilities, the Commission moved to re-open County controlled facilities with no gathering size limitations.
