The Seward County Commissioners met on Monday evening with a relatively light agenda. The Commission gave approval of the corrected Employee Handbook dated December 2, 2024.

Commissioners gave approval of a Conditional Use Permit Application CU2024-03 submitted by MACRTC, LLC to allow for the relocation of an existing asphalt plant to a recently acquired adjacent property. Then the Commission approved a donation from C.J. Wettstein who won a check for $1,000.00 from the Kansas Pipeline Association as 2024 KPA Agency Attendance Winner. Wettstein wants the donated the funds to go to the Rodeo Arena project.
