Seward County Commission Meets

Seward County Commissioners met Monday evening for their regularly scheduled meeting at 6:30pm at the County Administration Building. Among the items on the agenda, County Commissioners were introduced to new County employees, approved the bid from Cox Constuction in the amount of $162,180.00 for the Community Corrections project, approved Charter Resolution #14 which establishes a Building Commission, and agreed that landowners will be assesed by the lot, and not lot size for improvements to Greenhill Road. The Seward County Commission also approved changing the next meeting date of the commission to Tuesday, September 8th due to the Labor Day holiday.
