The Seward County Commission met on Tuesday evening at 5:30 pm and approved the contract as presented by CBK for Personal Property Tax Collection. In an added item, the Commissioners approved the appropriations for the water well at Restlawn Cemetery.

Commissioners approved the purchase of 10 ballot marking devices and 2 scanners for the Clerks Office in the amount of $39,906 to be paid for out of the 2024 CIP and to waive the purchase policy due to single source vendor.

The Commission also approved a request by SGH for change order on the Kalwall Project at the Activity Center and approved Supplemental Agreement No. 1 between the Secretary of Transportation, KDOT and Seward County. Commissioners also heard from Consultant Neal Coffey with an on all active projects in Seward County.
