SCAM ALERT!!!
It has been brought to the attention of the Liberal Police Department that several of citizens have been notified by someone telling them that their social security number will be suspended, and a warrant for their arrest will be issued for one reason or another, if they don’t call a given number and pay a fine. PLEASE DON’T FALL FOR THIS!
At no time will the Social Security Administration, FBI, or any law enforcement agency call and demand payment for something.
Do not give anyone personal information over the phone. If you receive a call of this nature, hang up. Feel free to call the Police Department, and do not buy into their bullying or threats.
