David Nieto, 26, of Satanta Kansas, lost his life as the result of a single vehicle accident. Nieto was travelling north, a ?® mile north of 12 mile road, when he lost control of his vehicle. The vehicle rolled 2-3 time ejecting Nieto. Nieto was pronounced dead at the scene
