Saints Win Thriller

Seward won a thriller over North Central Texas Friday afternoon in Vernon, Texas. Seward won (17-25, 25-14, 19-25, 25-9, 19-17). Seward is 6-1.

After beating NJCAA tournament team San Jacinto last week, Tyler beat #18 Seward Friday afternoon in Vernon to hand the Saints their first loss of the season (25-13, 25-18, 25-17). Tyler is 7-0. Former Hutchinson coach Ronda Shirley is the head coach.

Seward faces Fort Scott at 8 a.m. and number one division 3 Brookhaven at 10 a.m. Saturday.
