Seward Sweeps Barton

Playing at home for the second time this season, the #15 Seward County Saints dominated the Barton Cougars 3-0 Tuesday night in the Green House.  Seward won 25-13, 27-25, 25-21.  Seward won without the injured Sarah Cruz.  Seyun Park led the Saints with 15 kills.  Kavlyn Giacomelli had seven kills.  Jessica Sales had 13 digs and two aces.  Rafaela DaSilva had 28 assists.  Seward is 10-2 overall and 3-0 in the Jayhawk West.  Barton falls to 11-1 and 0-1 in the Jayhawk West.  Seward travels to Las Vegas to play #10 Polk State and #1 Florida Southwestern on Thursday.  SCCC plays #9 Utah State Eastern on Friday.  The Saints play Pima and Arizona Western on Saturday.
