Seward didn’t shoot straight in a 70-57 loss at Neosho in Chanute Wednesday night. The Saints missed multiple lay ups on their way to shooting 35 percent. Seward was just 13-25 from the foul line.
Neosho also beat up the Saints on the boards 44-30. The Panthers led the Saints 35-22 at halftime. The Saints cut that lead to 39-35 early in he second half. But Seward couldn’t get enough stops, gather key rebounds, or make enough shots on the way to the loss.
