Redskins Corral Kapaun

The Liberal soccer team beat the Kapaun Crusaders 2-1 Friday evening at Buffalo Stadium in Garden City.  The Skins scored with 19:15 remaining in the half as Aron Duque scored a goal off a rebound from an Erick Garcia shot.  The Crusaders tied the game 1-1 and that was the halftime score.  The Redskins took the lead when goal keeper Gael Rouvalcaba found Suain Moncayo with seven minutes left.  Liberal is 6-2 and plays Bishop Carroll Saturday morning at 10am at Garden City.
