With games coming up in Maize on Saturday, the Liberal Redskins piece their pitching together to blank the visiting Woodward Boomers 7-0 Thursday evening at the National Beef Family Sports Complex on a cool and cloudy evening.

The Skins scored two in the first, one in the second, two in the third, and two in the sixth.  James Armstrong pitched 2 and 2/3, Brodie Warren went 2 and 1/3, and Braxton Hyde went two innings.  Syris Dunlap was 2-2.

The 3-0 Redskins play at Maize Saturday at 1 and at Maize South Saturday at 4.
