Liberal boys varsity golf shot their best team score of the season so far at the Guymon Invitational. Together the boys posted a 326, which was good enough for third place. Guymon won their home tournament with a 300 with Dodge City placing second at 309. Individual tournament champ was Liberal’s own Cameron Riley who shot one under par at 70. Guymon’s Connor Kauffman also shot 70, but it was Riley who managed the win after a two-hole playoff. Other top scorers for Liberal were Sean Titus at 81 for 9th place, Alex Carrasco at 85, and Dylan Shellenberger at 90. Liberal boys have a little time off before their next tournament when they play at Dodge City on April 20.
