Red Demons Take Down Redskins in Overtime

Forty nine seconds into overtime, Dodge City celebrated. Their players raced from their bench to the southeast corner of Redskin Field after Joshua Don Juan scored into the south goal to clinch a win at Liberal. Meanwhile Redskin players crumbled to the turf as the second ranked Redskins tasted defeat for the first time this season. Dodge City won the game 1-0 in overtime Tuesday in the Cornelsen Sports Complex. Liberal falls to 5-1 and 1-1 in WAC while Dodge City is 4-2 and 1-0 in WAC. LHS hosts Garden City Thursday night at 5:45 at Redskin Field.
