The Seward County Democratic Party is hosting a reception for First
Congressional District Candidate Alan Jilka from 7 to 9 p.m. Monday, August
30, at Ruffino’s Restaurant at the Depot in Liberal.
??This is a great opportunity for people to meet Alan Jilka and to see that
they have a strong alternative to Candidate Tim Huelskamp, ? said Toby Hale,
chair of the local Democratic Party.
Light refreshments will be provided and Jilka is planning to give a short
