Poulton Prepares for State

Liberal High School senior Lucas Poulton will compete at the 5A State Golf Tournament Monday at Alvamar in Lawrence. Poulton shot an 82 at regionals Monday at the Salina Municipal Golf Course. Poulton also compete in the state bowling tournament earlier this year. He will tee off at 9 a.m. Monday morning with Austin Eldridge of Goddard Eisenhower, Trevor Taylor of Topeka West, and Quinn Jaones of Mill Valley. Poulton will graduate from Liberal High School Saturday before departing for Lawrence and practicing at Alvamar Sunday.
