KSCB News - May 28, 2012 9:40 pm

Police are looking for a vehicle that was seen leaving the site of a motorcycle accident in Garden City.

Around 10:30 p.m. Saturday, Garden City officers responded to an accident at the intersection of Taylor Avenue and Jenny Avenue.

They found a man lying in the roadway near a Harley Davidson motorcycle. The man had a severe head injury and was flown to a Wichita hospital.

Police are still trying to find out what happened. They would like to locate the driver and any passengers of a vehicle that was seen in the area around the time of the accident.

The vehicle is described as a four-door Honda passenger car. It is light blue, almost turquoise in color. It had tinted windows and the rear portion of the vehicle had a square design. The car sits low to the ground and may have after-market wheels.

If you have any information about the accident or the vehicle, call Garden City police at (620) 276-1300. If you wish to remain anonymous, call Crime Stoppers at (620) 275-7807 or text GCTIP and your tip to 847411.
