One man is dead after a plane crash Monday in Hamilton County. It happened in the 2800 block of East River Road. The Kansas Highway Patrol says the 1981 YAK-52 took a nose dive into the ground.

Only the pilot was on board. He has been identified as 54-year-old Anthony Englert of Syracuse.
