An injury accident occurred Thursday afternoon at approximately 2:45 pm, 3 miles west of Plains on County Road 19 in Seward County. A 2002 Pontiac Grand Am being driven by Yesenia McDonald, 19, of Plains KS, was West Bound on County Road 19, when she lost control of the vehicle. The Grand Am went into the south ditch and rolled one time.
McDonald was transported to Southwest Medical Center to be treated for suspected serious injuries.
