Phase 3 Of Kansas Avenue Project To Begin

The City of Liberal will start Phase 3 of the Kansas Avenue & 15th Street Intersection Project on Monday, October 3, 2016.
15th Street going east is now open. The two eastbound lanes of 15th Street from the Fire Department drive to Kansas Ave. will be closed for repairs. Traffic will be two lanes in that area.
The two southbound lanes of Kansas Ave. will be closed for repairs. from Medical Drive to Walgreens drive. Traffic will be two lanes in that area.
